Australia

We offer free shipping on all online orders over $150, when no discount code is applied. Orders under $150 will incur a standard shipping rate of $12, or express $15. 
We use Australia Post for our Australian shipments and aim to despatch all online orders within 72 hours.

Estimated shipping times from Toronto, NSW
Metro: 3-7 Days
Regional: 5-10 Days
Rural and WA: 7-14 Days

Sometimes this is quicker. We ask for your patience with Australia Post as they continue to expand their services.

New Zealand and Pacific

We offer free shipping on all online orders over $150 to New Zealand addresses, when no discount code is applied. Orders under $150 will incur a flat rate $20 shipping fee. 
We use Australia Post Express International. We aim to despatch all online orders within 48 hours. International Express orders are estimated to be delivered within 2-4 business days.

The rest of the word 

We offer a flat rate $35 shipping fee. 
We use Australia Post Express International. We aim to despatch all online orders within 72 hours. International Express orders are estimated to be delivered within 5-10 business days.

 

Q: Can I Track My Order?
A: Yes you can! You will be sent a tracking number when your products have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us at vero@mindbodyaroma.com.au

Worldwide Policies
If any issues are faced with your order we will contact you immediately by phone or email, as the customer it is your responsibility to provide accurate and timely information for delivery.

Duties and Taxes on overseas shipments
The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies do vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information on this matter.
