Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (delivery charges excluded) will be refunded to your original payment method once we have received the returned item and have confirmed that the product is in the above condition.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.

Note:

Shipping costs will only be refunded on faulty items. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
